For the importation usually four ports uses by the importers. Those are:

• Dar Es Salaam
• Durban
• Mombasa
• Matadi

Various destination ports where imported vehicles are shipped: Kinshasa, Port of Banana, Port of Boma and Port of Matadi. There are two ways for vehicle shipping; one can import a vehicle using Ro-Ro (Roll-on Roll-off) method, which is a cheap and if there is no direct shipment for Ro-Ro then shipping by container also available.
